Electronic visit verification for home care.
Paradigm EVV collects visit records from home care providers, checks them for problems, and shares them with payers. When something needs fixing, we explain what's wrong and how to fix it.
A record of each home care visit.
Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) is a record that confirms a home care visit took place. Medicaid requires it under the 21st Century Cures Act, and the VA now requires it too for Community Care that takes place in the home.
How it works
Providers keep using the software they already have. Paradigm EVV connects to it and passes visits along to the payer.
- Step 1Provider systemVisit data comes in from the provider's existing software.
- Step 2Paradigm EVVWe check each visit and point out anything that needs attention.
- Step 3The payerVerified visits are shared with the VA or Medicaid payers.
Submitting claims
Providers can submit claims through Paradigm EVV or keep using their current billing process. Many EVV systems only allow one option, and we don't think providers should have to change how they bill.
Providers and payers see the same visit records.
